| Abstract ： | 「はじめに」 2019年12月初旬に中華人民共和国湖北省武漢市において第1例目の感染者が確認された新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)は, 約1ヶ月後には隣国のわが国で感染が確認され, 数ヶ月後には世界的大流行(パンデミック)を引き起こした. COVID-19が発生した当初から現在の感染拡大状況を予想し, 危機感を持って実際に行動できた国は多くないが, 幸運にも2003年の重症急性呼吸器症候群(SARS: severe acute respiratory syndrome), 2015年の中東呼吸器症候群(MERS: Middle East Respiratory Syndrome)を経験せず, 2009年の新型インフルエンザを封じ込めた成功体験を持つわが国はあまりにも楽観的で, 一貫性がなく, 受け身かつ不完全な対応の繰り返しであったと言わざるを得ない. 戦後初の緊急事態宣言を発令し, オリンピックを1年間延期する一方で, 観光需要の喚起策としてGo Toトラベルを行い, 感染を再拡大させたことはその象徴であろう. |

| Abstract ： | [Abstract] In late December 2019, the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic first broke out in Wuhan City, Hubei Province of China. And it has been spreading in whole the world after a few months. Due to the increase in the number of patients with COVID-19 in Japan, dentists were also requested to cooperate in vaccine administration. This paper reviews the manipulations of COVID-19 vaccine administration and the points to note for dentists. |
