| Abstract ： | 「緒言」電解質は, 生体内において酸-塩基平衡維持, 浸透圧の調節, 骨格の形成, 神経系刺激伝達や筋収縮および酵素そのたの構成成分や活性化などを行っている. 電解質について多くの報告があるが, 悪性腫瘍の合併症として高Ca血症(Hyper-calcemia)が起こることが注目されている. 悪性腫瘍による高Ca血症の原因には, 二過程が推察されており, 腫瘍による関連骨の吸収と, ほかに腫瘍のinvasionはないが骨吸収を促進する何かの化学的物質を介するものではないかと考えられている. 一般に高Ca血症と低P血症との合併は, 原発性副甲状腺機能亢進症の特色であるが, 悪性腫瘍の一部には副甲状腺ホルモンと類似し骨吸収を促進するとともに尿中P排泄を増加させ, 低P血症を起こすとの報告もある. 本研究における口腔領域に関する報告は少ない. そこで, 悪性腫瘍, 嚢胞, 骨折, 炎症性疾患患者における血清Ca, IP, Mg, Na, Clを測定し, 口腔疾患とこれらの電解質の生体内動態について検討したので, 報告する. |

| Abstract ： | Abstract : This study was conducted to investigate the multiplier or antagonistic effects of serums Na, Cl, Ca, IP and Mg on the functions of patients suffering from malignant tumors, bone fractures, cysts or inflammation in the oral region. The following is a summary of results obtained during observations. 1. The average Ca value in cases of oral malignant tumor was generally higt at 4.75 mEq/l compared to the normal value of 4.1 mEq/l. Hypercalcemia has been reported as one complication occuring in patients with malignant tumors. The IP value varied from patient to patient. Some patients were within normal range (between 2.5 and 4.5 mg/dl), others showed signs of hyperphospheremia and still others signs of hypophospheremia. The average Mg level among the same patints was 2.01 mg/dl, which is still within normal range (1.9-2.5 mg/dl) although some what low for a group median. The values for Na and Cl were almost all within normal range, although a few patients showed a low level. 2. There were no marked tendencies observed in cases of cyst or inflammation. However, the P value tended to increase in fracture cases. 3. Results suggest that the values for serums Ca, IP and Cl are useful indexes in differentiating tumors in the oral region. |
